This is totally unacceptable. If there is a problem they should just come out with it.
It should be an extremely simple process to give people WHO PAID FOR THE GAME access to basic content.
Where are the people from EA on this forum? Does anyone ever see any evidence of them here ever??
Very rarely, and the ones that do come here will just direct you back to EA support, they dont care enough to help.
