Can soldiers use warp as a bonus power as it isn't listed in bonus powers?

In ME 3 I see Shepard using what I think/asked as warp, but it isn't listed under bonus powers?

@primealien That would be a Vanguard most likely, one of my all-time favorite character classes, since they have a lot of the soldier skills and also some biotics.

Thanks, I took a look at Adept and went with that, will have to look closer at Vanguard.
