Cannot access N7 HQ; EA no help at all

So I cannot access the N7 HQ. This has gone on for months, and contacting EA multiple times did no good. Basically, I am an ME3 user who could one day access the HQ, and then one day could not. I have a legit Origin account and everything, but whenever I log into the HQ it says "Sorry, you do not meet the requirements for viewing this site"

Could somebody PLEASE help me out? This has gone on for months, and as I said EA is no help. Last thing they said was they had no idea and were transferring the problem to Bioware... and that was the last I heard from anyone.

PS Yes I cleared my cache and switched browsers.
