Cannot Change Shepard for PS4
On the Profile Reconstruction screen after choosing John Shepard and then choosing first name the game skips all other changes and you are given John Shepard, Earthborn, Sole Survivor, Soldier and cannot change it any further. The entire thing locks and if you try to move past it warns you that you cannot change it again. What gives?
Did you choose "New ID" > "costume Shepard"?
If you chose Jane or John directly the game uses the default option and you don't get the other options.
