    This mission is separate to the one you mentioned.

    the nav point is incorrect is all, it's at the opposite entrance, the one you first entered the base in, they'll be a few resistance fighters waiting near a ship ready to take off.

I am going through the exact problem! Can not find a damned soul in the base. P. S. I also have a 980 and 64 gigs of memory, this cannot be a coincidence
