    This mission is separate to the one you mentioned.

    the nav point is incorrect is all, it's at the opposite entrance, the one you first entered the base in, they'll be a few resistance fighters waiting near a ship ready to take off.

The marker is wrongly placed, you can find the fighter pilot in the resistance base hangar. Atleast I did. 

Almost tossed my screen out of the window from the idea of restarting.

This worked for me! My God!

I have done every single mission available to me in the game thinking that I simply needed to do more missions for the Angara before they would appear.

Thanks so much for posting this!!!!

Now on to the mission!
