This mission is separate to the one you mentioned.

the nav point is incorrect is all, it's at the opposite entrance, the one you first entered the base in, they'll be a few resistance fighters waiting near a ship ready to take off.

The issue is not to talk to Commander Hekt, he will only loop his conbersation - talk to the guy next to him to progress the game.
