    This mission is separate to the one you mentioned.

    the nav point is incorrect is all, it's at the opposite entrance, the one you first entered the base in, they'll be a few resistance fighters waiting near a ship ready to take off.

I talk to Commander Heckt and he says "Word is getting around that I'm alright. I'll decide my self when I talk to Evfra" It will not progress beyond this. I also have completed all missions I have found on Voeld. Habitability is 100%

    Yup! Exactly the same. I have completely completed everything and I can't progress any further. (Besides the "Stage a Rescue" mission which is also permanently glitched). Commander Hekt just repeats himself and won't do anything. I can no longer play the game.

    I really hope there is a work around for this, I am stuck and can no longer progress as well, there is no one to turn this quest into and I have 100% on Voeld as well.  I assume I was supposed to talk to him before completing this world, but now there is no way to go back and fix this.
