This mission is separate to the one you mentioned.

the nav point is incorrect is all, it's at the opposite entrance, the one you first entered the base in, they'll be a few resistance fighters waiting near a ship ready to take off.

I'm having the same problem. Can only Escape to say "NO" I don't want this mission. Used to be the Space bar would be the "YES" but now they seem to have disable that for many things. My mouse won't appear in the box/screen.

If you do everything on Voeld before talking to Efra, you have to go all the way around the Resistance base like you did when you first land there. If you try and go through the base to the other side the guy that the marker is next to will just repeat a single piece of dialogue. This is a huge oversight bug, but doing what I said worked for me.
