I doubt that the "some features are disabled" message is the reason for LE1 not starting.
Do LE2 and LE3 work? Please add a DxDiag to your next reply.
A DxDiag is an overview of your PCs technical features and recent software errors.
There is no personal info in it expect for the “Machine name” in the second row.
(You might delete the “Machine name” and “Machine Id” line if you wish too.)How to create a DxDiag:
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Copy and past or type "DxDiag" in the new field. (Without the quotes) > ENTER
- Wait until the green bar is gone > Click on "Save all information"
- Save the file to your desktop.
- Here at EA Forum > Click Replay > Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the replay Window.
- Navigate to the "DxDiag.txt" on your desktop > select the "DxDiag.txt" > click on "Open".
- Reply.

Here, is that what you needed, sir/maam'? Btw, yes ME2 & ME3 do work, not ME1.
Sir.🙂
Unfortunately, the WER (Windows Error Reporting) data is not included in your DxDiag. This means that, for some reason, the DxDiag process cannot access this data.
Do you get any other error message?
Look at the Reliability monitor:
1. Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
2. Copy and paste "perfmon /rel" (without the quotes) in the new Window > hit “ENTER”
3. Look if it has entries for the "MassEffect1.exe" or EA app. > If yes double click at the last entry for the game executable or EA app, copy the info and save it to a text file and load this text file up like the DxDiag.- SP32Prime1 month agoSeasoned Newcomer
No I don't get any other error message other that "MELE1 is not responding"
I did all the steps you mentioned, and I made a copy like "DxDiag2" and it still didn't run...
Please look at my post again, if there are errors for the "MassEffect1.exe" or EA app in the Reliability monitor, copy them into a text file and load them up here.
