This mission is separate to the one you mentioned.

the nav point is incorrect is all, it's at the opposite entrance, the one you first entered the base in, they'll be a few resistance fighters waiting near a ship ready to take off.

I went to the correct location and there is a ship and Commander Hekt, but all he says is "Word's getting around that you're alright. But I'll make that decision myself once I talk to Evfra." And that's it. I can't do anything else.
Please help.
