Cannot use "Use" key after exiting Mako in ME1
Occasionally after exiting the Mako I cannot use the "Use" key or perform any action such as firing or using abilities. My current fix is to quick save and reload which fixes the problem.

You can also return to the Normandy from the map in the menu if you don't want to reload. I just did that to see if it'd work.
@dragornid137 Okay, I've got a better fix, I had to wait for it to happen again to test it: save and load that new save when it happens. That's probably the best workaround for now unless someone has a better idea, since it seems to reset whatever it is that causes it and you don't lose progress or your place on planet exploration.
