Silversun strip crash

Hi @Tinkynette, 

Have you been getting any error messages when the game is crashing? If so, what's the full error message you've been seeing?

@EA_Kent Hello, no error message at all, it basically loads to silversun strip and gets stuck on loading once silversun appears. Except textures aren't there and I can't movr Shepard at all.
And it does the same thing whenever I go from Silversun to let's say Docking Bay, it loads the Docking Bay but without textures and I can't move Shepard. And the loading sign keeps showing the whole time on bottom right corner.

Do you have the game installed on an external storage drive, or is it saved to the built-in drive in your Xbox?

Thanks! Just to confirm, are you playing the Legendary Edition, or is this the original version of ME3?

Gotcha, thanks! Do you have an earlier save file that you could try loading? I'm curious if the same thing would still happen when you got to this point on a different save.

@EA_Kent Hello! So I checked and unfortunately I don't have a very early save that would go before I unlock Silverstrip. And I did reload a save where it was unlocked, it doesn't change the issue 😔

I appreciate you giving that a shot! 

I'm afraid the next step would be to try fully uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps. If something in the game data is corrupted that might fix the issue, but I know that reinstalling can be time consuming. If you're able to give it a try please let me know if it helps.

@EA_Kent I'll give it a try as I plan to do a new playthrough (many options left to try in the game!)
