Can't buy any 240 BWP worth multiplayer packs in me3

Although I have enough biowarepoints I can't buy any of the 240 BWP packs (premium spectre, arsenal and reserves packss) I says " One or more of your purchases failed to process. If this error continues to appear, please contact customer support". So yeah. I wanna buy some stuff but I can't... Why? and what's the solution?

    The entire store is broken using BWP, and until they fix it they've disabled those purchases.

    Same here, fired it up i had 120 left. couldnt used it bought some BP today to get reserve packs no go. THIS ISNT right. EA needs to get their Business priorities straight..

    Just ran into this problem. Haven't played ME3 MP for a very long time, until today.

    All my 160 BWP purchases work fine, but none of the 80, 120 or 240 BWP purchases work.

    7 months and counting GG EA. GG. I just bought $30 in points to no avail
