Can't enter buildings or interact on certain planets

So trying to enter a compound, once on Binthu, the command wouldn't let me enter so I tried to enter the Mako and the command wouldn't work. So I reloaded the auto save a few times. And it wouldn't register the command. Powered console down and rebooted game then it worked. Then twice I tried to get minerals on 2 planets. Command to get them didn't register and as well as reenter Mako. Reload save on first eventually worked. But then the last time on Antibaar to get debris when it didn't register so I gave up and posted this. Will this be an ongoing glitch that I will have to constantly save before every mineral gathering and entrance to compounds hoping the command will eventually register? It's really taking me out of the game experience.

This has happened a couple of times on two planets as well. My workaround was to return the Normandy, Nd then I went back down to the planets. But yes, super annoying and with it happening randomly, it's really killing the game experience.
