Can't join any game lobby also my friend lobby

I have a problem with a join to any game. Can't join to my friends lobby (endless joining to game screen) also find any game and nobody can join to my lobby. I disable firewall, download all free DLC...

I have no idea what was blocking my connection.
My friend bring his computer to my house and he tried connect to server using my internet link. He has no problem with finding a server.
I fixed this problem with formatting my computer, but I really appreciate your help thanks !
(And sorry for my bad english 🙂)
