Thanks for posting. I always do a manual save upon leaving the game! In fact I do a lot of manual saving, except for unexpected deaths of course.
No prob, just ruling it out as a cause.
Well it could still be the cause. Like I died somewhere so an autosave was loaded and from there on my game was broken.
Looks like I'll have to replay the whole thing again I guess, sigh.
Ehm, I had the same issue but on Eos. Not sure if it helps, but try scanning the planet again (right click or left trigger). Two circles reappeared for me.
