cant register games on eaonline register

Ive tried account management, customer portal and the redeem codes window is blank. Ive got a few ea games for 360 and there's nowhere to register the games and use the access codes. thanks ahead for on how to do this. I'm not new at registering games that's why I'm worked up. thanks for listening.

    Hi, I suspect that what you're trying to register is now obsolete and no longer used, but can you let us know exactly what you're trying to do?

    just register the game. tried game code for dead space 2 and that it was invalid, the online passcode 25 digit. mass effect 2 game acces code invalid. 5 digit code. thanks.

    i see. online pass and codes can be done on xbox itself. thanks.

    Ah, yes the online passes were removed, and for older games you can grab the passes for free from the store. 

    Thanks for the update and sorry for the initial misunderstanding.

    i purchased chuzzle and want to play and register my game   pop772585627  is a valid number    please fix
