I came across this problem with the Cerberus Pack the other day, so I decided to call customer service when I got home from work. Turns out, EA decided to have it removed for some reason and appearently shouldn't even be on PSN any more. I also asked if there was no other way to get the DLC to which I got the answer "No, we're sorry. Please take this 15% discount code for Origin".
Yeah right. I'm done with EA. It's not the first time this has happened to me, and I'm tired of paying for their games when this is what you get in return.
I'm seriously, so damn tired of it.
Edit: I forgot to mention that it was the Swedish costumer service I spoke to. So I guess this goes for the rest of Europe as well...?
Fair enough, I feel frustrated with them aswell. I still have hope though because I still love the ME series, for me thats the saving grace.
