I heard codes were given out by ea game advisors. Can i have one if it is not too much?

I have the same issue as canttypeasd, both not having access to Cerberus Network and cannot find the Cerberus Pack in PSN Marketplace.
The link you provided, https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-au/mass-effect-2-cerberus-pack/cid=EP0006-BLES01133_00-DLCCERBERUS00000 didn't work either (same to canttypeasd), as soon as I'm logged in the page can't be found. The other link canttypeasd provided says the same to me: that I don't own the game and therefore cannot add it.

Sony has confirmed the issue and says it is EAs fault. EA has cohsen to only allow owners of the digital copy to download the Cerberus Pack. So anyone with a retail copy is screwed.
And I guess this also applies for Xbox-users with the same issue.
