In Leviathan, Shepard is trying to get the Dr. to rescue her. At one point, Shepard climbs a latter to the top of a building, heading for the elevator, Shepard crosses the roof to the ladder on the opposite side, and moves to descend. Shepard freezes with arms in descend position, but does not descend. Trying the ladder Shepard ascended to get to the roof, the same thing happens. I was told to report this as a bug, but I am unable to do so, because I keep getting referred to this page. What is going on!!!!!!!

@grsmiths1 Hmm, The behaviour suggests some malware on your machine, but you mention cleaning, so I take it that you run regular scans?It might be worth restarting your machine with a Clean Boot and check again if the issue manifests again. http://help.ea.com/in/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/ Thanks.

If you're on PC can you try running the repair? Right-click the game panel to get the option to run this repair.

I am using Windows operating system on PC. I have tried using repair several times, and the problem is cleared up for any where between a day to a week, and then it is the same thing all over again. It is not just Mass Effect 3 that I am having this problem with. I am experiencing it in Dragon Age II and Inquisition, as well as Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. I am playing on an iBuypower gaming computer with plenty of storage space (500 gigabytes), and at the time of purchase ( the best graphics card Navida: GEFORCE had available), so I am pretty sure it is not my computer. I have my computer cleaned and checked for problems every month, so I would know if the graphics card is bad or going bad. Still at a loss for understanding why I am having this problem. Could this be due to someone messing with my account? The reason I ask is that lately, my characters seem to have a mind of there own. I am running along, and suddenly the character will veer right or left without me touching any of the buttons. I am starting to think my computer is haunted.
