Citadel DLC - Mail/Invite glitch

I have looked through the other questions posted on here about the invitation glitch, but I can't find one similar to this:

After I completed the Citadel DLC (downloaded and completed after Priority: Thessia, but before Horizon) I received the first batch of meet-up invitations just fine (after downloading and completing the Omega DLC after the Party was concluded). I believe I met with all of them, but I cannot say for sure. When I went to the apartment to check for inviting crewmates up, I found the private terminal to be reset to the "newest" message being Liara wanting to meet at Shepards Cabin to talk about her time capsule. As a result, I cannot call crewmates up to the apartment.

I then did the side mission on Firebase: Dagger, and when I returned to the Normandy, the previous messages were restored and I received what I believe to be the second batch of invites. I met with all the ones in the Strip (just Garrus this time) and when to the apartment to invite Kolyat for Thane's ceremony, again I found the mail system reset to the same point and I was unable to invite anyone up.

Anyone have any problems similar to this? I appreciate it if anyone has a solution to this! Thanks.

P.S. This is on Xbox 360.
