Citadel DLC purchase error, but I lost the money anyway

First, this is user-to-user support, we cannot help you with any transaction errors etc. For account related issues you'll have to contact official EA help: https://help.ea.com/ (If you want to speak to a Live Chat Advisor, choose "United States" at the bottom as country)
Second, did you look in Origin under "Game Details" of ME3 if Citadel is listed as owned?

I see, it seems I'll have to wait for monday to call customer support from what I could read. Yes, I did check my DLC list in the game details and it still says Buy Now under The Citadel.

If the issue can't be solved here, thanks for the pointer still.
