citadel DLC wont download

It seems to be downloading fine with me, although incredibly slowly. Have you tried (as annoying as it is) uninstalling then reinstalling Origin before trying again?

are you playing in the xbox? because im having the same issue

Same problem for me on Xbox. Part 1 is only showing up as an incomplete download, Part 2 is just fine. I have also tried deleting and reinstalling but that hasn't done a darn thing.

I am having the same issue on the Xbox 360.

If it helps it seems like the Citadel 1 of 2 won't redownload if 2 of 2 is present.  I deleted 2 of 2 and now 1 of 2 is downloading.  Hopefully when everything is redownloaded it will work.

I checked my Xbox storage to see what happened. I think it is a Microsoft Marketplace problem.

I thought I had downloaded Part 1, because naturally 1 goes first, but it turned out to be Part 2 (according to the time on the Xbox storage) So I deleted the fake Part 1 and downloaded Part 2 first (which turned out, according to my Xbox was really Part 1 all along)

Backwards seemed to work for me. It was a pain and took awhile to download again.
