"Citadel: Hanar Diplomat" mission broken on Xbox 360

Good day to all,

I need help trying to fix this mission. I unfortunately left the Citadel to embark upon another mission while this one was already in progress.

I have already done many other missions and have progressed further in the game (before "Prioity: Tuchunka") and am not sure how to restart this mission specifically. I can only restart the mission I have last completed.

Also, this is on the *Xbox 360*, not the PC, so I don't think the PC workaround will work on Xbox, unless there is another way that I am not knowledgeable about.

If one of Bioware's tech staff is reading this: PLEASE FIX IT! I have read that it's been months since this bug was first spotted! Will this be fixed anytime soon or are all resources dedicated to debugging the Omega DLC now?
