Is there an update or patch for this bug? Come on bioware don't leave us hanging!!! Not cool!!! Don't you care for your paying customers? The ones that DO NOT USE any third party applications to "edit" their saves???
Can you describe the bug? I've played ME3 on both Xbox and PS3 and never encoutered any bugs with that mission.
after i speek with kasumi and the next step is to bypass the terminal near the man that wants info about his son the terminal is shown on map but it's not accesible...

I can confirm this bug on PC as well. This was even mentioned in the old ME3 tech forum almost a year ago, but unfortunately didn't get much attention. The problem is, this bug does not always happen. Im my first playthrough of ME3 I could not finish the "Hanar diplomats" quest, as I could not get access to a certain console. In a later playthrough I could access the conosle however. I think it's hard to track as it doesn't happen to everyone. But I still hope we will se a SP patch in the near future which might fix this bug.
