On Mission "Citadel: Presidium Prophet" I cant complete the mission because the c-sec officer I need to talk to is not there but the I icon is on the radar.

    I had the same issue. It's when you forget to talk to him right away. The NPC disappears after a while and the mission can't be completed.

    This bug existed in vanilla, but it would be nice if it could be fixed.

        I don't think he ever comes back. Once it's broken, there's no way to complete it.
