Cloud Saves missing
Been told to post this here by EA Help...
So. Last week Friday I'd played Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Had both my ME1 and ME2 saves. I quit using the in game menu and the launcher menu, and then later exited the EA App. I went to a friends for the weekend. Was missing my Mass Effect fix so downloaded the game to his PC so I could play. Logged in with my EA account on EA Play, booted up the game and... no saves located.
So I thought okay, don't want to mess anything up with my home saves. I made an ME3 character. I was mildly annoyed that I couldn't continue my adventure but at the time it's by-the-by.
I get home Sunday, boot up my PC, open EA and press to play Mass Effect Legendary Edition. Launcher loads up and my ME1 and ME2 saves are nowhere in sight. The only thing available is the ME3 save I created on the weekend. I opened up both games through the launcher, no save data. I went hunting for the Saves folder and there was nothing there for ME1 or ME2.
I wasn't given any options regarding conflicting save data (e.g. when I recently booted up Andromeda it told me there was a conflict between local and cloud save and gave me an option to choose which to keep).
So I want to know what went wrong. There's no way (at least that I know of) to check what cloud saves are stored for a game, nor any way to check why or how any may have been deleted.
I put so much time into those saves. I know Genesis is a shortcut to avoid replaying 1, but none of the minor choices are carried forward.
tl;dr: saves missing, not sure why.
