Code Expired before purchase of game [Mass Effect 2 - PS3]

I recently bought a copy of Mass Effect 2 off of Amazon.co.uk and the Cerberus Network code that came with the game expired 2 years before I purchased the game and it is a brand new copy. I don't sup...

It seems to be an issue on the PlayStation Store's end. This has been a problem for months but it seems like it's not much of a priority when it comes to fixing it. The Cerberus Pack should be free to download and was for a while. PS3 users shouldn't need to go through any extra steps when 360 and PC users don't.
