What system are you on? Just to be clear, you don't actually have the access to the weapons? Or is it just an incorrect prompt?
Thanks.

I've got the exact same problem and I am on windows 8.1
I checked the BSN page and it seems like the collector's edition stuff doesnt show up there. At least for me it doesnt, I have no clue how I am supposed to get it there either since it appearentely doesn't happen automatically. - 12 years ago
If I can clear it up (from what I see, I seem to be having the exact same problem as bluekyez). Origin says that I own "Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition" and it's in the DLC list, labeled as Installed, but in game I get an error upon connecting to the Cerberus Network that reads:
"Unable to authorize the listed DLC.
Please log into Cerberus Network with the account used to purchase the DLC.
Collector's Weapon and Armor"
There is no reference to the DLC in the game (weapon not in armory, armor not in armor customization), so it's not just an incorrect prompt. I was sure to log into Cerberus Network with the same EA account that I have on origin, and it verifies all other DLC just fine. The Collector's Weapon and Armor DLC is the only exception.
Edit: If it's relevant, I looked at my account on the Bioware Social Network, and the Collector's Weapon and Armor wasn't listed. I tried redeeming the code on the site, but of course it gives me the standard "This code has already been used" error. It seems to be that the collector's edition was redeemed correctly on Origin, but that didn't carry over properly to the Bioware/Cerberus Network profile.

Its a common problem im having it as well, alot of people are having, they reedemed the codes on EA Origin, but the cerberus network wont authorize it, so we do have the dlc but we cant access it, we need help from someone who can connect the Origin Account DLC to the Cerberus network.

Has anyone had any luck with this issue?
I have the exact same problem with the Collector Gear and Sniper Rifle. I bought the Digital Deluxe Edition from Gamefly and they sent me 3 codes (1 for the game, 1 for Cerberus Network and one for Collectors Gear and Armor). I redeemed all 3 codes in the Origin client. All 3 worked fine and downloaded/installed but when I load up ME2 I get the "Unable to authorise" error. All the DLC shows up in the registered game content list on BSN... apart from the Collector DLC.
Same EA/Origin/BioWare account throughout. I just spent 40mins with EA Live Chat and they have "escalated" the case to the relevant department who can check the logs to "see what went wrong".
This is rather frustrating and confusing.
