Collectors' Weapon and Armor unable to authorize on the Cerberus Network

Hey There, I bought Mass Effect 2: Digital Deluxe Edition that includes the dlc "Collector Gear and Sniper Rifle" which I presume is the dlc "Collectors' Weapon and Armor" that the Cerberus Network ...

What system are you on? Just to be clear, you don't actually have the access to the weapons? Or is it just an incorrect prompt?

I've got the exact same problem and I am on windows 8.1

I checked the BSN page and it seems like the collector's edition stuff doesnt show up there. At least for me it doesnt, I have no clue how I am supposed to get it there either since it appearentely doesn't happen automatically.
