Well, I have found kind of solution, but some of you probably won't like it. You see guys: if Deluxe Edition of ME 2 would sold in Origin in proper way - EA would give us promo codes to Deluxe Edition DLC's. But they never did.
Recently I remembered that I also have Steam-version of ME 2 witch goes with three activation codes: for game itself, for Cerberus network, and Digital Deluxe promo (exactly what you need!). So I activated this code in my Bioware.social profile and get legal access to Collector's gear and Rifle DLC.
I don't want to start holywar "Steam vs. Origin", but EA definitely could learn some lessons from Valve and be more attentive to users complains.
Can't do that myself because I already used those 3 codes in origin so it says they are alrady used when I try to apply them to site

Exactly the same issue here.
I redeemed all 3 codes (Game, Cerberus, Deluxe DLC Items) within the Origin client so the bioware site says the codes are already redeemed.
I just cannot understand why all the other DLC (Zaeed, Normandy Crash, Firewalker, etc) all appear on my https://social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php but the Collector Armor and Sniper Rifle don't. I refuse to use the "crack" thats out there to let you bypass the authorisation. I bought this game legally and just wish to use the content it comes with.
It's ironic that users who purchased a game legally are being pushed into using "cracks" to access the content they should already have access to!
Until someone has a miraculous fix for this I guess I'll just have to wait until EA get back to me... ...will update if they ever do.
