@EA_IlliumControl wise, no. I've got the difficulty on Veteran, squads set to auto level-up and to automatically use all powers instead of just defensive - those were the only settings changes made.
I'm not 100% on this, but to my recollection every time it's happened I've exited an area with enemies still in it - maybe something with the transition from combat to non with enemies still in the vicinity?
- EA_Illium@AugustsEve It's possible can you test leaving an area after killing all enemies to see if this happens?
@EA_Illium I'm not OP, but I've experienced this a few times (two or three after a battle and one in the Citadel walking around C-Sec or the Embassies [forgot which one]). For one of the battle situations, it was fixed after I left the area (I died in the other one because of it). The Citadel scenario was fixed after leaving the area.
UPDATE: I just encountered this bug again after a battle on grissom system for one of the side missions. When I opened and closed the menu screen, the problem was resolved. I didnt have to leave the area.
