Controls Stuck - Relative to Char

Every now and then my Shephard seems to get stuck facing in one direction. Mouse will move the character, but not my aim. Controls will move me relative to the character, so pressing "w" will move my...

@AugustsEve It's possible can you test leaving an area after killing all enemies to see if this happens?

@EA_Illium  I'm not OP, but I've experienced this a few times (two or three after a battle and one in the Citadel walking around C-Sec or the Embassies [forgot which one]). For one of the battle situations, it was fixed after I left the area (I died in the other one because of it). The Citadel scenario was fixed after leaving the area.

UPDATE: I just encountered this bug again after a battle on grissom system for one of the side missions. When I opened and closed the menu screen, the problem was resolved. I didnt have to leave the area.
