Before the main menu, I'm getting this message: "The following DLC is corrupt and can not be used. Please re-download this downloadable content and try again." I've tried all the possible solution...
What DLC is it saying is corrupt?
If it's not telling you which DLC is corrupt, then you'd have to try going one by one.
Manually delete all the DLC in the ME3 folder (stated in my previous post), open origin, and install the first DLC, and try to run ME3.
If it works, great, download the next DLC. If it doesn't, make note of what DLC it is, delete it from the DLC folder, and try the next one.
Once you've done this, let us know which DLC it is that it is stating as corrupt so we can investigate further.
That's the problem. There is no DLC named under the error message.
After your response; I uninstalled ME 3 and Origin with uninstallers. deleted remaining folders, reg entries. Re-installed Origin and ME 3 and it looks like i have some troubles with multiplayer packs. When i added them to the download list and pause the downloads, then launched the game and got the same error again. By the way, I'm on Windows 8.
This Error is also persistent on me, I'm in windows 7 ☹️(
I have the same error occur when the game is starting up. I went ahead and deleted everything in the DLC folder and then Mass Effect 3 would not start. I had to repair the installation before I could get it started.
I have a friend who also plays Mass Effect 3 and we were going to play multiplayer. Turned out all of the Multiplayer DLC packs were working fine despite the warning label. When my friend tried to join my game it said she lacked the DLC to join, so I guess it was properly registered with my game and working fine.
Am running Windows 7 also.
