Corrupt DLC Problem

Before the main menu, I'm getting this message: "The following DLC is corrupt and can not be used. Please re-download this downloadable content and try again." I've tried all the possible solution...

Plus, I cannot follow Anderson off the buidling ledge, I just bounce back ☹️
