Crash when entering executor's office in priority: citadel 2

Hi,

I recently reinstalled ME3 in preperation for a new playthrough with the omega DLC, previously i had completed the game 3 times with no crash experienced however this time whenever i try to enter the executor's office during the mission citadel 2 when shepherd is moving into the office during the cutscene the game will freeze and subsequently crash to desktop.

Is there any fix for this issue?

    I'm having the same issue. Playing on PC.
    No way to attach a file here, but I can send you a saved game just before entering the executor's office.

    UPDATE: Repairing the game in Origin fixed the issue for me. (Right-click the game and select Repair)
