Credits disappeared after completing full extraction on gold

After completing a full extraction on gold, my credits reflected the ~70,000 I had earned. I entered the store to spend them and my balance returned to what is was before the gold match completion. I restarted the game which in the past has solved the problem but no luck this time. Contacted EA customer support and they said I should post on the bioware forums. When I got to the forums I saw this -

Any ideas what I should do?
