Cure genophage mission crash

At the start of the priority cure genophage mission in ME3, the game will keep freezing at the cut scene where Sheppard walks on to the ramp. I tried multiple times in using older saves and the issue still persists. I have no way to proceed with this mission and with the game as a whole as a result. I do not want to reinstall the game as the progress from ME 1 and 2 will be deleted and not be carried forward into ME3.

@ferrarijack777 What system are you on? If PC (probably console too, I just don't know console things) you shouldn't lose your saves with an uninstall/reinstall (cloud saves if turned on, also you can manually back up your saves locally). Have you tried repairing?

Any ideas what to do when validating files, uninstall and reinstall dont work? I am having same issue right before the final battle, been playing with it for 3 days trying to just get past the final romance scene. Always a black screen immediately after that. I have validated, I have uninstalled and reinstalled, even tried clearing cache after uninstall. All 3 games had no issues up ubtil this scene.
