The thing with the romances in any Mass Effect is that you have to choose early one who you wanna romance and continue the interactions all along the game. Skipping a romance dialogue in the early stages might make you miss the whole romance at the end
Now that you know the game you might want to start a new playthrough to romance her.

Aye, that's why I said "Might".
The original trilogy doesn't have "romantinc cues" in the dialogues, so they're confusing and you might end up romancing the wrong person by accident (In my first playthroughs I had to reject Alenko and be neutral or even rude to Ashley sometimes to get them off my back).A dialogue you thought was just meant to be friendly could be the initiation of the romance.
And in my experience in ME:A, it's better to make up your mind since the beginning. Trying to start a romantic relatiionship with a character you initially "ignored" can be hard or even impossible depending on the stage of the game you're in.
