Distorted Graphics When Trying to Alter Settings

In order to get ME Legendary to run properly, I needed to make adjustments to the graphics settings in the game's config file itself. If attempting to change it in-game, or if I try to alt+tab out of the game for something, the graphics immediately break and look almost as though my graphics card broke (crazy distortions/static and colors).

Rebooting the computer fixes this; however, it would be nice to have this not be an issue at all. If anyone else experiences this, hopefully this can be reported as a bug. 🙂
