dlc lair of the shadow broker wont start

i beat the game and never got the mission not sure why it wont start.. purchased the digital deluxe via steam.. and also check in the dlc folder but nothing is in there that says lair and kasumi missions.. and yes i put all three promo codes help&nbsp;😕mileysad:

eh you dont miss much...most just do it and end up with a black screen at the end of it.
