DLC will not download

This is very frustrating. I've redownloaded and installed Mass Effect 2 and most of its DLC 4 times.

I've paid for Lair of the shadow broker and it will not download. It refuses to. I've tried downloading it through social. bioware.com, which worked and installed.... but after I tried starting up ME2 again, it crashed (awc.dll, no, not an adobe Air issue. I've also tried that solution). I've done this twice now, after a EA advisor told me it would work after she changed some settings. (She didn't, but she said she did).

I was on with an EA advisor the THIRD time, whom was giving me some information to put into CMD, however, conveniently Origin crashed during this, and I lost all that information.

This is getting annoying. I have no way of getting in touch with any helpful EA help, I have no way of getting my money back, and the expected wait time through the phone is 236 minutes. No. Way.
