[EA app] Download stuck on preparing

Good evening, I purchased ME Legendary Edition and started the download, however it seems to be stuck at 50% and will not complete the download. I have cleared my cache and cookies, restarted my computer and the EA app. I have enough memory available for the game, I'm not sure what else to do, the app referred me here. Please does anyone have any advice?
