[EA app] Game Missing From Library
Going back to play Mass effect but the game no longer displays in my EA game launcher.
When I log into my account on the website it displays.
It's still installed on my computer but running the shortcut from my desktop it loads into the launcher to say I don't own it and need to purchase it again!
When I report the issue on the website it Just gives an ERROR. Have tried half a dozen times and get the same Error message.
Seems like others having similar issue with other games. But for your OWN website not allowing people to report issues??
Extremely poor!!
- Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Delete the "License" folder.
- Test
