Hello,
I have spoken with two members of EA chat support and tried various forms of troubleshooting, and am posting this here after being instructed to. I only have access to the Extended Cut DLC, not any of the free multiplayer DLC "Resurgence, Retaliation, Reckoning, Rebellion, or Earth." . Enclosed is a picture of what my "Manage Add-Ons" screen looks like.
Does anyone else have any experience this issue or how they fixed it?
Community Manager@toaeljay Hey, so this same thing happened with a bunch of other DLC as well.
Can you let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried?
If you own the DLC even as free, and it doesn't show it is kind of like a cache issue in a way.
