[EA app] Mass Effect 3 N7 Collectors Edition Won't Launch

I'm unable to launch the ME3 N7 Collector's edition or the regular ME3 version which an EA help representative theoretically replaced it with a year ago to fix this issue.  See attached screenshots of what happens when I attempt to launch the game.  From my last conversation which did resolve the issue a year ago, I believe this has to do with the N7 Collector Edition game ID being deprecated or not fully integrated into the new EA play app.  I'm not sure why the issue has returned after a period of time but as a result I'm no longer able to launch ME3 because the system thinks I do not "own" it... despite having a preordered, physical, collectors edition with over 500 hours played...

Please note, in the previous interaction with EA help, this version was supposed to be replaced on my account with the regular version that isn't FUBAR on EA Play, which is why it's so surprising to see this issue pop up now since EA play shows me owning the regular version...

    Try this:

    • Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
(Not just minimised siting in the try, completely closed!)
    • Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
    • Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
    • Delete the "License" folder.
    • Test
