[EA App] Mass Effect Andromeda stopped Launching

Mass Effect Andromeda will not launch, if I try from EA app or Steam or directly from the exe file itself (all as administratior as well). It goes to launch and nothing happens and doesn't run in processes I have tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling the EA app, clearing cache, repair files from steam, updating windows/drivers, disbling the windows game bar etc. and nothing has fixed the issue so far.

This appen every time since 12 of january 2024, i was playing without proplem since 10 of january 2024.

EDIT:

Apparently, out of the blue, after 2 days of me trying everithing i could, the game started launching again, if i won't have problem for a couple of days i will check the discussion as closed.

EDIT 2:

today it crashed a couple of times while playing (after an hour or so), after the 2nd crash the game started  presenting the problem again, i tried again all the solution and still not a result, i'm about to give up on this game.

    Thanks Wh03v3r for the reply, unfortunately in the new user account the game still won't start, and neither the EA app (which on my main is working).

    Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

    Hello Holger1405, thanks in advance, it's worth a shot to check the hardware, even if technically it shouldn't be the case, since it staretd giving me problems after more than 60 hours of playing time.

    @jlodi207 

    You are almost out of space on your system drive, so it would be a good idea to make some room there.

    Should not cause this problem, but could, so test if you did that. 

    If that alone doesn't help:

    • Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
    • Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app.
    • At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "intensive" > Browse.
    • If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
    • When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games or "EA Games"" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
    • Restart the PC
    • Download a new EA app setup exe from here.
    • Install EA app
    • Restart the PC > Test.

    So, i'm sorry i forgot to reply, lot of things happened, anyway, here's how it went.

    i had the game installed on the other drive (the one that was not full), anyway, i deep cleaned my computer, unistalled a lot of old stuff and games, but obviously that wasn't a problem for the game.

    i tried the revo unistaller method but didn't work, then i tried something, i installed the game on another computer that had nothing EA related on it before, and after some time it started doing the same thing, so i higly doubt it's an hardware problem.

    Anyway, after some time, in March, i had to change my computer due to a flood, and i was full of EA problems, so i never installed the game again.

    Again, sorry if i forgot to answer for almost a year.
