Same here still in May 2022. I can buy this game fresh through the subscription service but I cannot play the copy I already own. Get your junk together already EA. How about you just make a service so that I can tell your non-stop promotions for this trashy "upgrade" to go away until you get basic support for my game library that you already know about?

Hi there. Just got the game on the amazon giveaway, and I have confirmed that it is added to my ID by loging in the Origin website.
However, it appears as something I still need to purchase in the EA APP. I don't currently have the origin app installed, but looks like I'll have to if I want to play it.
Can the site staff give us some insight how the fixes are going? consider that it just was given to all prime users, I imagine this will be a huge issue...

this is going to be a huge cluster if they botch this for Prime Day. It was the most advertised event.
Having the same issue. Claimed the game, Mass Effect appears in my library on Origin website but when I go to launch it in the EA client its not there. Is there a working fix for this coming in?
Got the game from Prime and I can see it in Origin library on the webpage but doesn't show up in the EA App. I guess I need to reinstall Origin then.
