Quick fix for this, download Origin where the game will show, download the game on Origin making sure to create a shortcut on your desktop, after the download is finished close Origin from the taskbar or task manager, after this you will then open EA App and open Mass Effect Legendary Edition from the shortcut on your desktop. You can close it after this and ME:LE will now show in EA App. Silly but it works.
Thanks for sharing @ItsPetraWynne, glad to hear you were able to get that working.
We've made some changes to address this that should help most folks, though it looks like some additional work will be needed to get this fixed up for everyone that had claimed it early on, apologies.
If you clear your cache at this point and are seeing the game in the EA app you should be all set, however for those that still only see this in Origin we're hoping to have an additional fix out shortly. Thanks for hanging in there.
- 4 years ago@EA_Mako Cache clearing didn't help, still doesn't show. Oh well, it's not a big problem to reinstall Origin. I hope we will soon get out of the beta phase on EA App so we only need that one.

Hi, can those who grabbed the game as part of the Amazon Prime Day promo check their EA App again now, the game should show up.
As ever with this sort of thing, you might need to restart the app if it's already open.
Thanks.
- 3 years ago@EA_Mako Any updates on a fix coming out? I still have this issue.
